Ingredients:

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, almonds, parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  11. Once the meatballs are cooked, remove the Varoma dish from the Thermomix bowl and set aside.
  12. Transfer the Spanish sauce from the bowl to a serving dish.
  13. Arrange the cooked meatballs on top of the Spanish sauce.
  14. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
